My name is Joe I live at 130 cosburn apt 501 it's a very nice building and a very clean building. The owner and The superintendent are very nice people and very helpful. If something has to be fixed the Owner has it fixed immediately. I lived here for 16 years and I hope to live here for another 16 years. I enjoy living here at 130 Cosburn Avenue.

I wanted to write a note of recogintion for Shelly the superintendent of 90 gurnett Street apartments. Shelly is an incrediablly professional, kind and empathic person, its obvious that she takes great pride in her work and also really  cares  about the tenants in the building. Shelly was quick to communicate and provide guidance when asked.

We are truly gratful for her patience and support at a very diffcult time for our family. Our parents, Mary and Alex Cappelli were only able to live in the building a short period of time this past spring due to the suddent death of our father Alex and the debillatating stroke that resulted in need for round the clock care for our mother Mary.

I would would recommend this building to anyone as she is an amazing support to the tenants that live there. I have worked in HR for 20 years and hired and worked with hundreds of employees from entry level positions to senior executives. Shelly is one of a kind, and you are lucky to have such dedicated and professional employee representing your organization.
